Board Essentials: Empowering Effective Governance

90 minutes-2 hours

This comprehensive training session is interactive and designed to equip new and seasoned board members with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary for effective service and guiding organizations towards success. With a run time of 2(ish) hours it is built to fit into your board meeting agenda on an annual basis or as needed. Training sessions also will include a 1-hour consultation beforehand in order to customizable the presentation to your organization.

Strategies for Success Workshop

3 Hours (half day)

This interactive 3-hour workshop is designed to inform and empower board members with the knowledge and strategies necessary for effective governance and organizational success. This longer session will build foundational knowledge as well as delve into more advanced topics of Board management, development, and secession. 

This workshop is built to use into your board retreat as needed or on an annual basis and is customizable to your organization's needs.
